Customer Service Ambassador (Full Time)

- Respond to customer inquiries by email, chat, and social media;
- Manage after-sales service and find customer and product solutions;
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department;
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience.
- Participate in loyalty strategy planning to drive acquisition, engagement and retention;
- Miscellaneous tasks related to operations, administration, and shipping.
Skills and Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role in sales or customer service;
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both French and English;
- Knowledge of Shopify POS is a plus;
- Cares about outstanding customer service;
- Independent, organized, and versatile;
- An entrepreneurial team spirit.
