Customer Service Ambassador (Full Time)

• Respond to customer inquiries by email, chat, and social media;
• Manage after-sales service and find customer and product solutions;
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department;
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience.
• Participate in loyalty strategy planning to drive acquisition, engagement and retention;
• Miscellaneous tasks related to operations, administration, and shipping. 

Skills and Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role in sales or customer service;
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both French and English;
• Knowledge of Shopify POS is a plus;
• Cares about outstanding customer service;
• Independent, organized, and versatile;
• An entrepreneurial team spirit.
