Why do you hold this event?
Twice per year, we clean out our warehouse! We prefer to sell imperfect and pre-loved items at a discount to reduce waste. We need to make space for incoming collections by letting go of the collections that are on their way out and have few units left.
Which products will be in the sale? What are the discounts?
Our sale features unique samples, items with minor to important defects, second-hand pieces and last units. Discounts vary from 30% to 70%.
How do I access the event?
If you are on our mailing list, you will receive a link on August 7th at noon (EST) for exclusive early access to the sale. The event will open to everyone on the 8th of August at noon on our website.
Will all sizes be in the sale?
We have from 35 to 42, but quantities will vary from one size to the next. Manufacturing samples are available in sizes 37 or 38, as these are the sample standards from our factories. And don't forget: our handbags are one-size-fits-all!
Once I place an item in my cart, is it reserved?
Unfortunately, no! When you find an item you want, act quick to complete your check-out to be sure it's yours. Many highly sought-after items sell out within the first few hours.
Will new items be added over the course of the sale?
Occasionally, we add styles to the sale depending on store inventory and customer returns. Don't hesitate to revisit the sale over a few days.
What are the shipping fees?
Same as always: free delivery in Canada and the United States on orders of $125+.
What is the return policy? What do I do if my purchase doesn't fit?
Refunds to store credit or exchanges are accepted for purchases of discounted items. However, these procedures are only possible within 10 days following the reception of the order. Shipping charges for returns by mail are at the customer’s expense.

What happens if I bought an item at full price which is now on sale?
If you have purchased the item within 14 days prior to the sale and the product is available in your size in the 'Last Chance' section, write to us at hello@maguireshoes.com and we will make a price adjustment.
